Get a Quote on a Custom Boat TrailerAt Loadmaster Trailer Company LTD., we custom build each trailer specifically for the boat(s) and customer’s needs. Our goal is to build a trailer that gives the customer the easiest loading and launching experience possible. Our PWC and PWC/Boat Combination trailers are no exception. Whether you are looking for a heavy duty two PWC through six PWC trailer, or a trailer that can carry PWCs and another boat, Loadmaster can build the perfect trailer for your needs.

For PWC combination trailers, it is necessary to design the trailer so all the boats can be driven on and off the trailer. Some of the bow stop/winch stands must be able to fold out of the way, and bunking must be set so all the boats can float onto and off the trailer. Very specific frame construction that will accommodate all the cross members necessary to support all the bunking is required. Also, the trailer needs to be long enough that the PWC’s closest to the front of the trailer can get enough water depth to float off the trailer.

Many PWC Boat owners elect to add structural walkways to the trailers, allowing them to easily access all the boats. Another popular option is a front storage box to store life jackets, anchors and other boat accessories. Like all Loadmaster trailers, you can further customize the trailer with other options such all LED lights, remote control winches, power tongue jacks and tongue extensions. Of course other options are available. However, the standard PWC trailer includes all the features necessary for safe, easy and legal towing, loading and launching of your boat.

As with all our trailers, each PWC trailer can be custom painted for freshwater usage, or hot-dip galvanized for saltwater use. Loadmaster boat trailers are equipped with the following:

Mig-welded, c-channel steel construction
Epoxy Primer, Polyurethane paint, Clear coat and Optional Pinstripe
Drop Center, leaf spring, safe-t-lube axles
All-wheel, electric drum brakes
Radial Tires
Marine Carpeted, treated lumber bunking
Structural Fenders with anti-skid
Appropriate Bow Stop/Winch Stands.
2,000lbs to 12,000lbs Tongue Jacks, depending on trailer size
5,000lbs to 30,000lbs Coupler, depending on trailer size
Sealed, submersible lights and all DOT required reflective tape
Trailer Safety Cables/Chains and Breakaway System

For saltwater use, our trailers come hot-dip galvanized and are equipped with all stainless steel hardware. Many brake options are available as well. For minimal saltwater exposure, an all-wheel freshwater brake flush system for the standard drum brakes is the least expensive option. From there, you can upgrade to either e-coated or stainless/cadmium disc brakes with either a surge or electric over hydraulic activation system. The choice of braking systems, paint color, type of wheels, ladders, structural side guide (to help loading the boats) and other options is up to the customer.
